Group (MSO) Account Manager VR EMEA
As Group (MSO) Account Manager VR EMEA at AkzoNobel, you drive growth with Europe’s largest national and international bodyshop groups (MSOs). You lead the commercial strategy for these key customers, build strong partnerships at HQ and country level, and translate business goals into impactful, profitable agreements.

What you will do
Strategic
- Develop and own the commercial strategy for selected MSOs across EMEA.
- Build and maintain senior relationships at HQ and national levels.
- Translate business objectives into clear account plans and growth opportunities.
- Lead AkzoNobel’s responses to RFQs and tenders, securing supply contracts.
- Align plans and priorities with Commercial Directors and regional sales teams.
- Contribute to regional strategy and drive commercial excellence.
Tactical & Operational
- Coordinate daily activities and initiatives across countries for assigned MSOs.
- Drive execution of account plans and follow up on performance and KPIs.
- Guide tender processes, negotiations, project rollouts, and new business activities.
- Ensure consistent reporting, transparency, and alignment across regions.
- Support local sales teams with insights, approaches, and best practices.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Economics, Chemistry, Business).
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in senior commercial roles.
- At least 5 years in the Vehicle Refinishes (VR) industry.
- Experience managing large national or international customer groups.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer‑focused, data‑driven, and results‑oriented approach.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
