About the role

As a Distribution Requirements Planner, you are responsible for making sure the right products are available in the right warehouses at the right time. You balance customer service, inventory levels and cost efficiency across the supply network.

You work closely with teams in demand planning, manufacturing, logistics and customer service to ensure products move smoothly from factories to distribution centres and ultimately to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and manage distribution plans to ensure products are delivered from factories and central warehouses to regional warehouses in line with customer demand.
  • Balance product availability, inventory levels and transportation costs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Review short-, mid- and long-term supply plans to ensure production and warehouse capacity can meet expected demand.
  • Plan and release stock transfers between locations to maintain optimal stock levels across the network.
  • Monitor inventory performance and take action to prevent excess, slow-moving or obsolete stock.
  • Manage supply shortages by providing clear visibility of available stock and coordinating allocation decisions.
  • Maintain accurate planning data in the system, including replenishment settings and safety stock levels.
  • Analyze performance indicators such as on-time delivery and inventory levels, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings to review performance, risks and improvement actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving service levels, reducing inventory and increasing efficiency.

What you bring

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in supply planning, distribution planning or inventory management, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing or retail.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, plus travel work-from-home expenses
  • 13th month
  • 46 holidays
  • 8% vacation allowance
  • Hybrid work option (3 days office, 2 days home office, per week)
  • Training opportunities that will help you grow beyond this position
