Digital Color Test & Support Champion

In short

As a Test & Support Champion, you will be key in delivering high-quality color tools to enhance our digital color solution’s customer experience. You will be involved in testing new deliveries, providing support to both internal and external stakeholders, and identifying critical failure points to continuously improve our offering.

Key Responsibilities

As a key player in our digital transformation, you will primarily focus on enhancing our customer experience by implementing Digital Color tools in the market. Your responsibilities will range from harmonizing work processes across regions to participating in scrum meetings for refining user stories.
 

• Support the technical implementation of Digital Color tools in the market.
• Harmonize and standardize work processes across regional countries.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles in our help center.
• Monitor feedback to sales/customer on outcome and measure performance according to predefined KPI’s.
• Participate in scrum meetings and ensure that stories are refined from a testing perspective.

What do you bring?

You are a professional with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Technical/Science, and have at least 2+ years of work experience as a Software Tester. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are comfortable with change management. You possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at people and project management.
