What you will do
As part of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a trusted partner throughout the order-to-delivery journey. You will work closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics and Back Office teams to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage orders received via email, phone, e-ordering platforms and other customer channels using SAP.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
- Investigate, manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Build strong product and customer knowledge to identify tailored solutions and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize customer service processes.
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.

We are looking for someone who has:
- A strong customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A collaborative approach and team-player mentality.
- Confidence in working with different stakeholders across the business.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Affinity with process automation and/or strong Excel skills is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Basic Dutch language skills are preferred.
