Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships? As a Customer Service Representative in our Coatings business, you will be the key contact for our customers, ensuring their orders are processed smoothly and their inquiries are handled efficiently. Responsibilities:


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers, ensuring their orders are processed smoothly and their inquiries are handled efficiently. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can build strong relationships and contribute to improving customer satisfaction every day!
 

  • Manage order receipts efficiently, ensuring timely processing and excellent customer interactions.
  • Support the order-to-cash process with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Register and process customer orders in the ERP system received via e-ordering platform, email, or phone.
  • Ensure order processing is complete and correct, escalating delivery or invoice issues when necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and proactively communicate updates.
  • Handle customer complaints by recording them in the system, forwarding them as needed, and contributing to corrective actions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and provide solutions, including alternative product recommendations.
  • Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Back Office, Sales, and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate on-time deliveries with logistics and service providers, following customer specifications.
  • Perform additional customer service-related activities based on business needs.

What do you need to be successful in this role:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage complex customer accounts.
  • Commercial and business acumen with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
