About the Role (English)

As a Customer Service Representative, you support our fixed customer base, mainly distributors and automotive bodyshops. You provide reliable, service‑oriented support and maintain daily customer contact. Customer Service experience is a plus but not required. We offer structured onboarding and a dynamic work environment where flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.


Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for efficient and accurate customer support and work closely with internal teams to ensure a high and consistent service level.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing high‑quality, service‑oriented support to fixed customers, mainly distributors and automotive bodyshops.
• Managing and processing customer orders in SAP via email, e‑ordering platform, phone and other channels.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints and handling these professionally.
• Building product and customer knowledge to offer suitable solutions and continuously improve ways of working.
• Collaborating effectively with Back Office, Sales, Planning and Logistics teams.

 


What You Bring

You have a proactive, service‑minded attitude and enjoy working with customers in a dynamic environment.

You also bring:

• Flexibility, stress resistance and strong problem‑solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset and confidence in working with multiple stakeholders.
• Affinity with digital tools; experience with SAP and or Excel is a plus.
• Fluency in French, with proficiency in Dutch and or English.
