Purpose of the Job

To manage, collect and deliver physical color standards via the Color Documentation Library. Supports the new and existing users of the DigiQ color collateral software. Can act as a member of the support team to offer support and consultancy for global color infrastructure tools and their color measurement instruments.

Key Responsibilities

-    Administrate physical color standards to R&D, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply chain and external relations requested via the Color Documentation Library (CDL)
-    Coordinate production of physical standards to create new standards and/or replenish stock levels of existing standards 
-    Ensure adequate stock levels of physical color standards of own color collections and of prominent color standard houses (RAL, NCS, etc.)
-    Maintain and support new and existing users of DigiQ color software tool to support color collateral production and quality control processes 
-    Responsible for training the third-party Color Collateral producers in DigiQ and our preferred methods of approvals
-    Develop and maintain methods and procedures related to management of color standards and production of color collateral
-    Support and offer consultancy to internal users for global Color Infrastructure tools, such as CaRMA and their color measurement instruments
-    Measure and ship new master tile sets to internal and external users of global Color Infrastructure tools,

What do you bring?

Experience & Educational requirements
•    Graduate in scientific discipline with at least 3 years appropriate experience in color 
•    Technical knowledge about color
•    Good understanding market requirements (color accuracy, color documentation) and business and IT processes
•    Understanding of paint manufacturing and production processes
•    Proactive and results-oriented attitude
•    Ability to work unsupervised for up to 5 days
