The Solution Architect – API Webmethods
 has the overall responsibility of translating business requirements into integration solutions for Partner Integration in our Webmethods platforms and describing it through architecture and designs. The architecture and designs are expected to be in line with business processes and architectural standards, guidelines & roadmaps. 

The Solution Architect serves to provide sustainable, efficient, robust and secured core IT solution for partners integration based on Webmethods capabilities. In addition will be responsible to train, educate and ensure the right capabilities are available in the IM function to meet the business projects and major changes needs. In addition. will be responsible to match resource demand with supply, to ensure delivery or required resources and the target utilization rate of the resources is met. 

You will play a key role in our Grow and Deliver Strategy in maintaining business relationships along with the Business Information Managers, identifying business needs and ensuring that IM is able to meet these needs by providing the strategic IM planning, budget required, and value realization aligned with the Process Towers.
 

Experience and education required

  • Master/ bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study. 
  • Around 10 years of experience in the IT sector in general and with more than 5 years experience in the respective technical domain. 
  • Solid technical solution architecture experience with modeling and/or infrastructure / application architecture design frameworks (TOGAF), tools, technologies, methodologies.
  • Experience with consulting or business roles.

  • Ability to influence internal and external parties. 
  • Able to communicate clearly through a variety of media. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. 
     

Expertise in the following domains

  • ESB Platform Webmethods.
  • B2B Integration scenarios via EDI messages for:
    • Customers
    • eWarehouse & Logistics
    • Suppliers 
    • Finances 
  • EDI Standards: Direct Connection, VAN’s, AS2, HTTP, SFTP, FTP
  • EDI Protocols: X12, EDIFACT, SAP Idoc, XML, CSV
  • SAP Idocs Configuration and processing. 

Appreciate experience in the following domains;

  • AZURE API Management
  • AZURE Logic Apps
  • SAP PO.
