We are looking for an LATAM HR Manager that will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR support to corporate functions departments (e.g., Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement) in a regional level.

 

Key Activities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to support function leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management tailored to the chemical industry.
  • Support leadership in driving a high-performance culture and fostering employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement training programs focused on regulatory requirements, safety, and leadership development.
  • Lead succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure long-term talent sustainability.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures.
  • Oversee the performance review cycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coach managers on best practices for performance feedback, goal-setting, and career progression.
  • Support organizational transformations, including restructurings, digitalization, and process improvements.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Solid HR business partinering experience, preferably supporting corporate functions and/or shared services centers;
  • Experience in matrixed organizations is a plus;
  • User knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus;
  • Able to communicate in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics, and HR process optimization.
