We are looking for an HR Advisor that will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR support for 3 Sites: Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo & São Roque in our Integrated Supply Chain business unit (Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistic)

 

Key Activities:

    • Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on talent development, performance management, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.
    • Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures, cultural transformations, and M&A integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
    • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Employee Experience to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.
    • Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and fostering a fair, inclusive work environment.
    • Use data and analytics to drive decisions, identify trends, and propose solutions to improve organizational health and performance.
    • Support workforce planning, capability development, and talent pipeline initiatives.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) programs and initiatives within the business.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Solid HR business partinering experience, preferably supporting Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain business in site;
  • Experience in matrixed organizations is a plus;
  • User knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus;
  • Able to communicate in English, spanish is a strong plus;
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and industry compliance requirements;
  • Availability to be in our sites (specially Santo Andre and Sao Bernardo) regurlarly;
