We are looking for an Global HR Reporting Sr Analyst to work in our Morumbi Office .
Job Purpose:
- In your role as Global HR Reporting Specialist you will become a key user for SAP SuccessFactors and Crunchr People Analytics. You will create new (story) reports and insights and support capability building within HR. You will support ad hoc reporting- and analytical requests within the HR domain, or intersections with the business or other Functions. Lastly, you will create recurring insights on key HR processes and support our monthly stakeholder meetings with any relevant HR data updates, contributing to our transformation towards a data-driven HR function.
- As system and data specialist on global HR data maintained in SuccessFactors and Crunchr. You support in the (regression) testing and development of new functionalities, and support the bi-weekly integration process between SuccessFactors and Crunchr.
Key responsibilities:
- You familiarize yourself with key HR processes and data. In the process, as part of HRIT organization, you build a technical and Financial understanding about data flows.
- Draft design requirements for new HR reports, dashboards and metrics and test those to provide quality assurance
- Functions as a key user for Crunchr and SuccessFactors reporting & analytics, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments for reporting on these platforms
- Support in ad hoc reporting & analytics requests from (Strategic) HR Stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and Vision: Possess a deep understanding of foundational services architecture and the ability to envision its future state in alignment with business objectives.
- Demonstrated architecture leadership experiences in a complex organization with multiple business and IT lines, preferably within the specific architecture area.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address architectural challenges in both the overall IT landscape and Finance domain.
- Ambassador of Architecture Governance: Act as an advocate for architecture governance, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards across IT landscape.
- Strategic Thinking and Adaptability: Apply strategic thinking to align finance architecture with the evolving needs of the organization while remaining adaptable to change.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels, articulate concepts, and influence decision-making processes.
- Prove experiences and ability to communicate with and manage C-Level stakeholders and bring your point across
- Business Acumen: Understand the business context and demonstrate the ability to align architectural decisions with organizational goals and objectives, deliver robust roadmap supporting the company's strategic direction.
- In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and expertise to drive the successful implementation of IT initiatives and projects. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping our IT landscape, enabling us to optimize processes and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a strong interest in HR;
- 3-5 years’ of experience in a customer focused, support based role (preferably in HR), two or more years of experience in reporting and/or analysis of data;
- Experience with building reports in SuccessFactors (experience with Canvas and Story reporting is a plus);
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Clear vision on how data can be analyzed, clustered, visualized and presented
- Ability to navigate complex HR data structures;
- Ability to understand, apply and explain the limitations in reporting in terms of sharing personal data.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deal with global stakeholders and build customer relationships;
- Accountable, focused, accurate, eye for detail and pro-active.
