Job Description:


  • Assist and monitor investment evaluations and expenditures; work with site manager to develop financial justification for new capital projects and submit through the approval process..
  • Manages an efficient and effective, accurate and timely financial reporting and planning cycle to the cluster Integrated Supply Chain organization, including both Manufacturing, SC and local procurement. This includes among others the accurate and up to date product costing, FMC & logistical cost control and planning, Inventories & Suppliers management, Capex planning
  • Improve inventory accuracy by managing inventory control systems including cycle counts & physical inventories
  • Ensures accounting/reporting for Integrated Supply Chain operations in scope are is in line with FEM, aligns with Finance Operations where needed
  • Support site manager and staff in advisory capacity in regards to internal processes and procedures.
  • Support Supply Chain team in local implementation of regional SC projects and initiatives, and support the Integrated Business Planning process which includes also the necessary linkages to commercial finance counterparts.
  • Ensures that Integrated Supply Chain decisions are made in line with long term value creation objectives, within the applicable financial and other frameworks (such as corporate policy, strategic, operational, legal, social responsibility etc.)



  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics, accounting, business administration or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment 
  • Independent, self-starting and interested in what is behind the numbers
  • Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
  • Change and continuous improvement minded, hands-on with a can-do mentality
  • Able to communicate effectively with site management and others on site
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing
  • High proficiency in SAP and other business applications
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
