Job Purpose

To assign machine, resource for production workers to make production batches according to production scheduling and back log.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product is produce safely & timely.
• Monitor daily tier1 team meeting to make sure information at meeting board is updated daily as required, to make sure problems are solved properly, soonest.
• Monitor material receiving process from warehouse to production to ensure production batch will not stop during process because of raw material shortage.
• Monitor packaging receiving process from warehouse to production to ensure enough packaging material for packing; right packaging for right product; receiving right quantity, quality packaging.
• Coordinate with QC; Technical for testing semi product & release production batch in time
• Coordinate with Production Planner for daily production schedule & label for packing product. Making sure right label for right product.
• Manage & control PPE for worker to ensure worker has proper & enough PPE for work & monthly PPE expenses is reasonable, within approved budget
• Monitor production tool & equipment to ensure people have right & enough tools for working. All issues related to machine, equipment must record at production KPI & report to maintenance to fix issue soonest.

Experience

• Chemical college degree is minimum requirement. University degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years-experience in the same industry
• Fluency in English.
• Strong written / communication and presentation skill.
• Problem solving skill.
• Manufacturing background; Knowledge & experience of using SAP.
• Process safety knowledge; Task Risk assessment experience.
• Knowledge of ISO system is essential
