Job Purpose

Manage Sales in the assigned segment (Mid Market) for Morocco. Contributes to the BU strategy execution plan. Manages business relationships with nominated AkzoNobel Key Account (customers and prospects).

Key Accountabilities

  • Delivers periodical business reviews and actively participates in the development of business growth and sales support plans for the designated customers.

  • Plans, monitors, participates in and reports on the execution of the sales activities conducted with regard to the designated customers.

  • Promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the assigned accounts by participating in the customer events.

Key Activities

  • Insure Market Analysis and implement business strategy in line with regional Management directives for assigned segment (Mid Market) in Morocco

  • Implement continuous Sales and Marketing activities in the assigned Segment  to aim for further market penetration.

  • Coordinate distributor’s activities, insure contracts implementation and follow up, report on distributor’s performances and their development plan.

  • Identifies and follows up on significant business opportunities, pinpoints the existing and/or potential problems and coordinate for their resolution.

  • Identify, propose and Agree with Regional Management Team price setting based on market and competition data, carries out negotiations with key accounts.

  • Identify, agree and implement brand promotional plans and deploys into key accounts.

  • Create a sales implementation plan based on the agreed sales targets.

  • Translate the implementation plan into an activity plan for the distributor’s team and actively monitor and update the implementation plan.


5 to 7 years of experience in the same/similar industry, industries operating in B2C model


Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing
