To support our production sites in Reutlingen, Arnsberg and Leipzig we’re searching for a

Controller (m/f/d) Integrated Supply Chain

Your responsibilities

Act as a recognized ISC Finance Business Partner towards the Site Manager, Site Management Team and the Supply Chain / Logistics team
Develop and deliver relevant financial analyses that enable and drive performance management of ISC operations
Manage an efficient and effective, accurate and timely financial reporting and planning cycle for the sites / ISC organization in scope, including both Manufacturing, SC and local procurement. This includes amongst others the accurate and up to date product costing, FMC & logistical cost control and planning, OWC (Inventories & Suppliers) management, Capex planning
Ensure accounting / reporting for ISC operations, align with Finance Operations where needed
Support the EMEA Supply Chain controller in local implementation of regional Supply Chain projects ad initiatives
Support the Integrated Business Planning process
Ensure that ISC decisions are made in line with long term value creation objectives, within the applicable financial and other frameworks
Ensure that adequate controls are in place

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business administration or equivalent, Master’s degree would be a plus
Minimum 6 years of experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial / manufacturing environment
High level of customer orientation
Strong, effective communication skills
Hands-on and can-do mentality
Analytical, strategic and problem-solving way of working
Independent and interested in what’s behind the numbers
Open for Change Management
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
High proficiency in SAP (or another ERP-System)
Fluent in English, German is a plus
