Job Description:

1. Purpose of the job

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IT projects and programs in the IT department. The scope of projects focuses on Manufacturing projects. Projects integration with eternal systems (eg MES), accommodate changes in manufacturing capacity across the globe and other innovations to improve manufacturing efficiency. Our core systems are SAP ECC. Plans are made to migrate to SAP S4/Hana.

2. Key responsibilities

• Create project plans including objectives, deliverables, time plan, budget, organization

• Build effective project team structures and recruit /assign project staff

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues

• Deliver on time, within budget and with quality

• Guide, steer and motivate project team members

• Define and project objectives, deliverables, roles, planning and budget to successfully deliver projects.

• Ensure compliance with respect to IT project methods, approaches, and project reporting

• Work with architecture to ensure that standards are implemented consistently in projects

• Promotes best practice methods, approaches, and practices for project management

• Organize post project reviews contribute to improving project management capability.

3. Job requirements

• A proven track record of successful IT project delivery
• Project Management certification is a plus
• >5 years of experience in project management roles
• >2 years of experience in manufacturing and production planning projects
• >2 years of experience in SAP modules PP / QM / MM as SAP consultant or SAP project manager is a plus
• >2 years of experience with integration platforms as engineer or project manager
• Batchelor or Master degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or related field study
