Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in managing HR systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will support the HR department by maintaining and enhancing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), focusing on system optimization, data analytics, and reporting to drive informed HR decisions.

Key Accountabilities

- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRIS platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors) to ensure data integrity, configuration accuracy, and system availability.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system needs and implement enhancements, configurations, and updates.

- Develop and run regular and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, compliance, and performance management.

- Support HR process improvement initiatives through data analysis and system optimization.

- Train HR team members and end-users on system functionality, updates, and new modules.

- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure the security of employee data.

- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementations, providing testing and documentation support.

- Ensure accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and user guides.

Experience

Experience & Educational Requirements:

  - 5-7 years of experience working with HRIS platforms, including SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.

  - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

  - Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

 

Skills:

  - Proficiency in HR data analysis and generating actionable reports. 

  - Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. 

  - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
