Invoicing Team scope

P2I Invoicing Team is responsible for investigating invoice discrepancies only for invoice exceptions below:

 

1.Before invoice posting:

  •    Invalid Vendor (PO & NPO)
  •    Bank Account Required (PO & NPO)
  •    Invalid Bank Account (PO & NPO)
  •    Invalid Vendor VAT Number (PO & NPO)
  •    Invalid Currency (PO)
  •    Invalid PO Number (PO)
  •    Company Code Mismatch (PO)
  •    Cannot Match Open SES With Limit PO (SRM PO)
  •    Cannot Match Open SES With Limit PO (non-SRM PO)
  •    Unit of Measure Mismatch (PO)
  •    Final Invoice Indicator Set (PO)
  •    PO Not Released or Incomplete
  •    Vendor Mismatch (PO)
  •    Currency Mismatch (PO)
  •    Freight on Invoice (PO)
  •    Merge lines of Limit PO (PO)

 

2. After invoice posting:

  • Price discrepancy
  • Quantity discrepancy (only for Non Product Related POs)
