Job Purpose
AkzoNobel has started its journey to mature its Master Data Management (MDM) Services. The Master Data Services CoE for HR will support our HR functions in a thorough review of the Organizational Structures (Bu, Division, Department), Position Structures (Manager-employee hierarchical relation) and Job structures.
This review, and following data cleansing/restructuring according to the requirements of the HR function is critical for meeting our objectives, supporting FTE reporting and setting a baseline of Data Quality for other (HR) processes
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for or support the activities done by the CoE for the relevant data domain within all capabilities provided by the CoE.
- For the relevant data domain, responsible to be the Single Point of Contact and escalation channel for both the data domain experts and MD operations
- Act as a change agent and communicator for MDM, enabling continuous commitment for and awareness of MDM
- Fulfils a business partner role for MDM
- Supports the implementation of the agreed project steps
- Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries
- Ability to analyze, design and implement HR function requirements in high complexity landscapes, both from system perspective as organizational perspective for the relevant data domain
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer service mind-set with excellent customer service skills
- Capable of managing multiple complex assignments
- Capable of managing assignment in a dynamic environment with ever changing priorities
- Ability to understand change management and drive to resolution - Or Change management experience in large company in a complex and international environment
Experience
- Post-graduation in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years’ overall experience with 5 years’ experience in MDM-related function supporting HR processes
- Experience in interfacing with business customers
- Experience working in SuccessFactors Organizational Structures and Position Structures
- Experience in complex IT system environments
- Experience in complex business environments
- Is recognized as a credible business partner for cross-functional teams and across different functions.
- Keeps deadlines and produces high-quality output
- Fosters a constructive dialogue with functions and key stakeholders
