1. Purpose of the job



  • Sales and Business development of VR (Premium Plus Value Brand)


  • Lead , motivate & manage the Techno commercial team of Area


  • To lead and manage the sales and business development for VR (Premium Plus Value Brand) Business, achieve Revenue and CM targets, collect payments on time, control inventory, and grow the business in the region.



2. Key responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue and CM targets.


  • Lead a team of techno commercial Sales officers to deliver the Business Objectives , Development of people , and ensure right people for job and people pipeline for future.


  • Manage and grow the VR (Premium Plus Value Brand) Business in the region involving B2C & B2B streams.


  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.


  • Control inventory levels to optimize working capital.


  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain and commercial team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.




3. Level of autonomy


The job holder may make independent decisions in the following areas:


  • Team leading. Motivation and recruitment of Sales officers as approved
  • Setting sales targets for the area based on market demand and business strategy.
  • Determining pricing strategy/ Trade inputs for the products based on market conditions and competition.
  • Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Allocating resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in sales and business development processes and proposing solutions.
  • Recommending new products or modifications to existing products based on customer feedback and market research.



4. Job requirements


List the essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and required skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree minimum graduation
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and business development, with considerable people management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High at Performance Bias. Proven ability of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Ability to take Wise & Bold decisions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
