Job Description
1. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job
The L&D admin specialist will support the successful execution and reporting of a variety of internal and external online, blended, remote or classroom programs for the AkzoNobel Academy global team as well as the Regional T&D managers and advisers within the regions of AkzoNobel.
2. Responsibilities
- Manages the administration tasks for L&D programs within SuccessFactors Learn.
- Manages all administration tasks for programs based on the Learning Needs Analysis.
- Manages the communications towards participants, instructors and other stakeholders of programs
- Arranges the logistics for the programs and communicates with GBS and other AkzoNobel colleagues around the world about logistical details.
- Troubleshoots and escalates program problems and proactively makes recommendations for improvements.
- Monitors program evaluation data and stakeholder feedback. Creates relevant training metrics reports and develops improvement plans where needed.
- Provides the quarterly data for the global L&D Dashboard.
- Collaborates with other L&D admin specialists to ensure that overall workload is distributed evenly and illness and vacation periods can be covered
- Collaborate with stakeholders from the Academy team, Regional T&D managers and advisers, and GBS People Services hubs.
- Incidentally participates in meetings with the Global Academy team and Regional T&D managers and advisers as well as with trainers.
- Ensure accurate data regarding the L&D Dashboard through reporting technology such as Power BI, Power Automate etc.
- Engage the team through best practice sharing and collaboration.
- Provides the quarterly data for the global L&D Dashboard.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Experience working on visualization tools like Power BI, and Power Automate is mandatory for this role. Basic exposure to Visual Basic is recommended.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors LMS system with a minimum of 3 plus years experience is desirable.
