Key Accountabilities

岗位职责：
-主要负责中夜班安全、生产、质量及设备的管理等工作；
-在中、夜班期间根据生产计划安排生产进度，全面协调车间工作，确保生产任务顺利完成。对生产作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证产品质量；
-在中、夜班期间进行安全巡检，检查中、夜班期间的全体员工的劳动防护用品的正确穿戴和使用，监督工作现场进行的特种作业，杜绝安全隐患，防止安全事故的发生；
-制止和纠正违规指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为，发现重大事故隐患有权采取部分停产或者全部停产措施；
-负责协调与其他相关部门的关系，及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程发生的突发事件；
-当发生未遂事故/事故时，遵循事故上报程序，保护好现场立即采取有效的措施，组织救援；
-遵循并支持HSE政策和规则，以帮助公司符合法律的相关要求，并积极参与各种HSE培训，以熟悉新规则；遵守救生法则及黄金法则，PSM，BBS和其他相关的HSE程序。参加救生法则和相关HSE程序培训；
-下班时确保水、电、风、气等设备关闭，做好交接班记录。

Experience

任职要求：
-大专或本科学历，化学相关专业，或者从事粉末涂料3年及以上，或者有5年中大型制造业从事管理岗位；
-具备基本的管理常识和经验：ISO9001、ISO45001、PDCA、5W2H、精益生产、现场改善等；
-有较好的沟通能力、协调能力和执行力；
-能接受倒班工作，每天8小时工作制。
