Job Description

  • Development of the training modules and content for basic and intermediate courses
  • Leverage on global, regional and local RD&I + Marketing resources for content development and best practice implementation
  • Preparation of training materials and collaterals for field training purposes
  • Sourcing of painting and application tools for field training purposes
  • Updating E-learning platform when necessary
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders from Local / Regional / Global teams to drive progress of training courses.
  • Organizing and allocating time & resources across various training courses and stakeholders.
  • Understanding the market in-depth to ensure relevance and effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Develop and execute effective training courses to achieve set business objectives within the approved budget.
  • Knowledge-based KPIs and Annual Performance objectives

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduation in chemical / construction.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant construction & waterproofing industries.
  • Solid understanding of paints, waterproofing and application methods.
  • Good communication skills specifically in public speaking.
  • Strong knowledge in organizing physical training courses.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
