Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to be the frontline salesperson who is responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business within the assigned sales area by developing new business and expanding the business with existing customers.
Job Description
- Deliver the agreed financial and non-financial targets in line with business budget
- Customers operating in the Automotive Marker as Tier 1, 2 or even 3 of the OEMs (car producers).
- Drive top line and margin growth by robust pipeline management and margin management.
- Increase Market Share at existing customers and develop new business.
- Establish and developing business relationships at customers and key market players at all levels.
- Support technical service representative in managing technical issues with customers and internally
- Uses AkzoNobel value propositions to foster business development.
- Develop relevant Commercial pipeline for respective accounts.
- Drive innovation through accounts
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including relevant teams at the key accounts to prioritize new product developments, makes plans for trials.
- Provide support and leadership to sales, customer services and technical teams by showing vision, putting in resources to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
- Steward new business development projects opposite account requirements.
Job Requirements
- Korean, English
- 3/5 years of relevant experience in paint Automotive (preferred) or other manufacturing business.
- Technical knowledge of coatings in Automotive Industry (preferred) or in other manufacturing Industry.
- Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP) systems.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good team worker.
- Analytical skills.
- Communication skills.
- Able in building relationships with big variety of multiple stake holders.
- Manages himself without needing daily guidance or advice.
