About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our ANZ team. In this pivotal role, you will be the main internal contact for our customers across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring a smooth end-to-end order management experience. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Technical, and Logistics teams to deliver timely, accurate, and professional service that strengthens our company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders in SAP (via eCommerce and email) for ANZ customers.
  • Ensure orders are released before daily cut-off times, prioritising and coordinating deliveries when required.
  • Provide accurate delivery notes and tracking information; follow up on order progress through to delivery and invoicing.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone or email, maintaining a high first-time resolution rate.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and 3PL partners to monitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including filing and auditing records.
  • Support Sales with order, delivery, and invoice reporting as needed.
  • Participate in stocktakes, ensuring SAP records are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, and actively participate in HSE, 5S, and quality initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in administration and customer service, including use of SAP systems.

  • Strong computer and clerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Professional approach with patience, diplomacy, and discretion.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Vehicle Refinishing Coatings or the shipping/logistics industry.
  • Experience with despatch, stock control, and documentation.
  • Background in customer service involving order tracking and follow-up.
