Job requirements
EDUCATION: higher education – preferably
EXPERIENCE: minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technical support for customers.
KNOWLEDGE: in-depth knowledge of sales techniques, sales negotiation and merchandise merchandising, basic marketing knowledge, knowledge of using MS Office
SKILLS AND ABILITIES SPECIFIC TO THE POSITION: planning and organizational skills, ability to work independently, ability to make decisions, ability to analyze and synthesize, ability to mediate and manage conflicts, communication and interrelationship skills, persuasive communication skills, perseverance, goal orientation; intrinsic pleasure and motivation for fieldwork
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and grows the portfolio of customers in the assigned area.
- Provides technical support upon request.
- Maintains and improves the customer database and applies the company's policy (collections, commercial conditions, delivery times).
- Maintains and improves the technical database, according to the needs of the company and customers.
- Maintains contact with other technical specialists within the company to find solutions to technical problems.
- Collects information and provides relevant reports to management regarding the situation of the market, competitors and customers.
- Permanently monitors the profitability of sales made in order to achieve sales objectives on profitable categories. It is responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Performs visits to direct customers in accordance with the routing established by the direct superior, both in terms of the customers visited, the order of visit, and the time allocated to each visit, according to the specific objectives of each customer. During the visits to direct customers, they implement the sales process strictly respecting the sequence of sales steps, in accordance with the training process they benefit from periodically.
- Responsible for increasing the portfolio of active customers in order to achieve sales objectives.
- He actively participates in periodic sales meetings.
- Advises customers regarding quality complaints about the products and services offered, in accordance with the company's policy. Follow the complaint resolution process and maintain contact between the customer and the department responsible for resolving the complaint until the process is completed.
- Negotiate commercial contracts with direct customers. Continuously monitors compliance with the clauses in the contracts with direct customers (both by the customer and by the company).
- Monitors competition from publicly available sources, in full compliance with the requirements of the competition legislation according to the program implemented by the company, and immediately signals changes in the market environment.
- It carries out the merchandising of the company's products on store shelves in accordance with merchandising standards.
- Promotes the company's products in the market by professionally presenting the characteristics, advantages and benefits.
