Key responsibilities


  • Assist in business maintenance of the existing customers, sustainability and explore new customers for business growth & market development.
  • Making Effective communication within & outside the company to complete the activities & achieve sales targets.
  • Arrange meetings to win business case at customer.
  • Regular follow-up activity of the feedback.
  • Discuss technical and sales issues with customer for improvement and gain customer satisfaction as much as possible.
  • Organize regular customer meetings with priority to the most important customers and to concrete development opportunities.
  • Coordinate commercial and technical activities at the assigned accounts.
  • Keep customer database (CRM) updated with visit reports and new projects information.
  • Regularly and pro-actively inform the Sales Responsible about required sales or technical/marketing support needed for achieving sales targets or solving commercial/technical issues at customers.
  • Support customer service in properly managing MTO and MTS products for the main customers for properly managing stocks and avoiding obsoletes.

Key requirements



  • Good command of English and native Romanian.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in paint / Automotive industry or other manufacturing business.
  • Technical knowledge of coatings in Automotive or in other manufacturing Industry.
  • Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP) systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to build relationships with variety of stake holders.
  • Manages himself without needing daily guidance or advice.
  • Self-confidence to raise the voice where required and to challenge status quo.
  • Good team worker with developed analytical skills.
  • Good business understanding.
  • Customer focused and result driven.
  • Ready for frequent travels.
