Job Purpose

 

To provide strategic direction and leadership for process improvement at site, to manage quality management systems and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • To ensure proper and effective implementation of Quality & HSF Management Systems in accordance with ISO9001, CCC, IATF16949, AS9100, CAAC, statutory & regulatory requirements, customers specific requirements & corporate directives,
  • To manage quality control at the site,
  • To plan, conduct & follow-up internal audits,
  • To plan, facilitate & follow-up monthly management meeting & yearly management review meeting,
  • To coordinate Quality & HSF related second and third-party audits,
  • To ensure corrections & corrective actions are taken without undue delay in accordance with external and internal audit findings,
  • To lead cross functional group developing Control Plan & FMEA,
  • To solve quality & HSF related problems by identifying & eliminating root cause using defined process (e.g. 8-D, 5why, error-proofing & etc.),
  • To drive continual improvement efforts by coordinating with other functions in establishing measurable quality objectives,
  • To coordinate, monitor, analyze, follow up & report external customer complaints,
  • To identify quality & HSF related training needs for the employees to complement the management systems requirements,
  • To Monitor and adjust QA/QC system to ensure its effectiveness and adequacy,
  • Set an example on BBS, near miss activities,
  • Provide risk assessment training to all own team and review at least one task risk assessment done by each direct report,
  • To help RQM and GQM facilitate kinds of Quality campaigns.

Job Requirements

 

  • Higher education in relevant field,
  • Minimums 5 years of experience in Quality and Management/Control Systems,
  • Familiar with ISO9001, preferably with Leader Auditor certification,
  • Familiar with IATF16949 operation, maintenance and its five core tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA,
  • Good English skill, both oral and written,
  • Good Microsoft Office skills,
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
