Job Description

 

  • Inspires commitment to AkzoNobel's purpose, vision, strategy, core principles, values and management behaviours,
  • Plans, coordinates and controls production-related activities to meet objectives and budgets in terms of HSE, quality, services and costs,
  • Co-develops and executes plans related to HSE improvement, quality, service and costs in collaboration with the site administration team,
  • It acts as an ambassador and creates an open environment in which the team as a whole and its individual members can perform at the highest standards,
  • To the necessary measures for the application of the principles of rotation of raw materials and goods (application of the "first in -first out" rule),
  • Coordinates, monitors and reports the achievement and evolution of the performance indicators at departmental level, for the operations performed on the manufacturing flow,
  • Coordinates and organizes the productive activity specific to the department, so as to ensure compliance and fulfillment of the weekly/monthly/annual production plan,
  • Coordinates and is responsible for the development of the system of documents and procedures for the manufacturing and packaging process (instructions for manufacturing, packaging, reprocessing, cleaning, etc.),
  • Ensures the efficient use of the production capacity, appropriately allocating the human and technical resources available at the level of the section, in order to optimize the technological process.

Key Requirements

 

  • Higher Education,
  • Minimum 5 years of production experience,
  • Good command of English and Romanian,
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, orientation towards results and quality, planning,
  • Organization and coordination skills,
  • Ability to make decisions and take risks,
  • Orientation towards finding solutions,
  • Very clear and efficient communication manner.
