Missão do Cargo:

Garantir a excelência na roteirização e execução das operações logísticas, por meio da análise crítica de rotas, gestão de indicadores e interação estratégica com transportadoras, fornecedores e áreas internas, promovendo eficiência operacional, redução de custos e melhoria contínua do SLA logístico.

Atividades:

  • Realizar a roteirização diária de veículos utilizando ferramentas SAP/TMS (BlueYonder) e roteirizadores de Mercado.
  • Analisar criticamente as rotas geradas pelo sistema, otimizando percursos para motoristas e reduzindo custos operacionais.
  • Interagir com parceiros transportadores/3PL para garantir eficiência nas operações logísticas.
  • Criar e atualizar dashboards e indicadores de desempenho logístico(powerbi).
  • Elaborar relatórios diários e reportes gerenciais.
  • Planejar coletas de acordo com janelas pré-definidas em conjunto com fornecedores de transporte.
  • Analisar dados da Torre de Controle para identificar oportunidades de melhoria no SLA logístico.
  • Atualizar dashboards da Torre de Controle para garantir visibilidade e acompanhamento das operações.
  • Revisar e otimizar processos da área, com foco na redução do SLA.
  • Liderar reuniões de trabalho com transportadoras e 3PL.

Atuar como ponto de contato entre a área comercial e o Customer Service, garantindo alinhamento entre as equipes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com SAP(Mandatório) TMS (BlueYonder) ou ferramentas similares.
  • Habilidade na análise de dados e construção de dashboards (Excel, Power BI ou Tableau).
  • Conhecimento em gestão de transportes e roteirização.
  • Experiência em interação com transportadoras e clientes internos.
  • Inglês e Espanhol - Diferencial
