Key responsibilities

 

  • Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials to support the production plan.
  • Review and update MRP data to maintain accurate material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Create and manage purchase orders in line with supplier contracts and production needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to resolve material availability issues.
  • Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, quality) and escalate recurring issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate ERP master data and safety stock settings.
  • Identify and manage slow-moving and obsolete materials (SLOBs) to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and supply performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses to improve planning visibility and decision-making.

 

 

Job requirements

 

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1- year experience in material, production, or supply chain planning — ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure issues, perform accurate analyses, and propose effective solutions.
  • Results-oriented and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Highly organized and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP and BI.
