Key resposibilities
- Support Supply Chain and MU in the areas:
New Product Implementation (NPI), production transfers, process optimization, day-to-day technical support, quality issues and complaints. - Lead and deliver R&D LTS projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget and report progress to stakeholders.
- Support troubleshooting of formulation/production deviations.
- Provide technical coaching and best practices to MU technologists; support continuous improvement of existing recipes and quality standards.
- Support complaint investigations (retained sample checks, root cause analysis, solution proposals).
- Plan, set up and execute experiments, pilots and trial batches; evaluate results and recommend actions.
- Own and coordinate formula transitions/industrialization from R&D-PDC to local manufacturing.
- Analyze, interpret and document results (lab notes/reports); present conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant R&D or technical experience, including experience leading people or projects.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP/PV knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in Coatings R&D and/or strong knowledge of paint formulation, manufacturing, and industrialization processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Polish (written and spoken).
