ISC Site Controller (Eastern Europe)


The role reports to the ISC Cluster Navigator and works closely with the ISC Site Management, Supply Chain Managers and ISC EMEA FP&A team, to support business optimization initiatives, monthly business review cycle, manufacturing productivity, product costing, CAPEX monitoring, cost of quality, warehousing and distribution cost, inventories and slow moving inventory and for regular monthly performance reporting.


Main areas:

  • Financial Business partnering for multiple sites and Logistic within East Europe;
  • Management decision Support to site manager(s) (mostly OPEX CAPEX spend decisions), improvement and corrective actions;
  • Site FMC target delivery/forecasting;
  • Material efficiency / cost controlling (MME management);
  • Logistic cost control (East Europe logistics): cost control , target delivery, forecasting;
  • Costing run impact analysis and corrective actions;
  • Support the business in SLOB reduction, Waste selling, Scrap & rework;
  • COGS forecasting process;
  • CAPEX business case preparation;
  • RM PACK and FINI SLOB analysis and optimization.

Job requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ experience as analyst or as controller in a business environment and/or functional area;

  • Experience in site / warehouse management teams would be an advantage;

  • You have affinity for numbers and systems, and have strong analytical skills combined with a critical, but constructive, attitude;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

  • Strong ‘can-do’ mentality and ‘drive’ to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders;

  • Self-starter, hands on mentality and team player;

  • Being able to make independent interpretation, draw conclusions and propose solutions;

  • Accurate, organized and disciplined in order to achieve high quality output and to meet strict deadlines.
