Job Description

Responsible for the entire sales process from sourcing/servicing new & existing customer, attend to customer enquiries, negotiating on terms of sales, closing the sales and providing after sales service.
Provide service to applicators and contractor in term of material supply, credit management & warranty.
Develop and nurture relationship with new/potential/existing customers.
Monitor project site progress and to ensure applicator applies the correct painting system.
Complaint handling – joint inspection together with technical service team on site complaint.
Co-ordinate with other departments and corporate to ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaise with customer service department on customer’s order and delivery matter.
Liaise with finance department(GBS) to resolve credit blocked customer account.
