  • Supports the evaluation of options and business case development for the regional Sourcing Board,  working closely with planning hubs on capacity assessments, volume allocation decisions (e.g. NPI’s,   contingency) and foot print initiatives 
  • Represents the regional planning team in bigger cross functional projects, e.g. related to legal changes, tender processes for regional accounts, value engineering initiatives, regional quality initiatives, etc  
  • Supports Regional Planning Director with preparation of monthly Supply Management Review (SMR) part of the monthly IBP cycle  
  • Alignment with Procurement on tactical and operational level e.g. supplier management, supplier  performance, rules of operations, order quantities, etc. 
  • Responsible for consolidated RMP forecast sharing process to procurement and suppliers to secure supply of materials on mid and long term needs for selected critical materials / suppliers in close cooperation with Procurement and the Planning hubs 
  • Responsible for managing bigger cross hub material shortages in close cooperation with procurement 
  • Responsible for yearly inventory budgeting planning process for Finished Goods (FINI/TRAD), RMP (RAW/PACK) and Intermediates (SEFI)  
  • In-Control: Leads and/or coordinates actions required to close gaps identified during Internal and/or external audits  
  • Supports region with OWC improvements and/or consolidation   
  • Supports hubs with smaller improvements in the area of production- and material Regional planning 



  • University Education with at least 3-6 years’ experience in FMCG, Paint or Retail industries 
  • Change management: ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders  
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communicator, able to listen, able to handle team tensions 
  • Stress resistance, flexible, problem solving attitude 
  • Project Management skills

  • Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and  synthesize recommendations
