Job Description

  • Work to maintain Finish Good inventory level for Vehicle Refinishes (VR) business for country AU & TH as per annual BU target
  • Work to maintain supply OTIF for AU and TH to be >90% per month as per annual BU target.
  • Successful arrange supply and inventory allocation for all SA countries for weekly / monthly shipments. Responsible on supply allocation and shipment schedule arrangement for 4 ICD plants and 20 export distributors countries.
  • Team member of project SMARTS, system to auto release forecast from OMP (Demand planning file) to SAP. Responsible to analyze and ensure the correct forecast from countries available in SAP and relevant to use for RCCP and raw material ordering.
  • Closely work with commercial, product manager and supply planning team to reduce SLOB and implement NPI  in business.
  • Ensure the supply smooth for all SA orders for SA countries; 4 ICD plants and 20 distributors countries. Main responsible for AU and TH plants (acting as distributor planner, procurement roles and support providing shipping documents to forwarder for import shipment custom clearance).
  • Key User of material master 3 C (completeness, correctness & consistency) for SA countries.
  • Analyse SLOB and work for improvement and liquidate SLOB with commercial and logistics team.

Experience

  • University Education (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other relevant discipline) with Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 4-5 years of DRP experience
  • Focused on results
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations
  • Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and able to work under-pressure
  • Fluent and able to work in English. Understanding and sensitivity to different cultural behaviours.
