Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to ensure that adequate resources (people and processes) reside in the sales support / customer services team geared towards highly professional interactions with customers associated with their order processing, complaint registration, general management and information requirements.
Key Accountabilities
• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing team
• Master Data & Operations Management (SAP)
• Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Analyze dashboards and reports related to
o Products performance
o Off-take performance
o Sales visit report
• Automate recurring reports
• Administrative Officer Role (Smart buy)

Experience
- Knowledge & Work Experience – Paints & Coatings industry, any B2C industry environment, or even non-B2C sector.
- 2-3 years of work experience in data analyst and sales support.
- Strong proficiency in the use of SAP / Oracle or similar ERP systems.
