Job Purpose
Support Brand team on develop and execute effective digital plan to achieve business target within approved budget. This job holds responsibility for excellently executing and implementing Digital activities to support for deliver brand vision/ mission and business targets, achieve brand health scores, and market share objectives.
Key Accountabilities

Lead the development of the local digital strategy and plans.

Possess in-depth knowledge of digital media including SEO, ASO, Paid Search, Paid Social, ABM, email marketing, Social Media community management, programmatic display marketing, DCO, Community Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.

Build local brand social accounts, strategy, and content management framework.

Implement and manage digital initiatives, creating engaging content across various channels.

Lead the development of brand communication to strengthen Dulux brand health/image in line with global brand framework.

Experience
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree; post-graduation in business/management/marketing/IT/Digital is a plus.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in digital leadership positions and certain experiences in Communication/PR scope.

Solid understanding of digital & social media, content marketing, mobile marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and martech ecosystems.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in using advanced analytics methodologies.

Knowledge of Adobe stacks, Google, FB, Tiktok, LinkedIn ecosystems, and mobile marketing platforms.
