Job Purpose

This role will manage day to day operations within P2I scope while upholding the internal and external policies regulation and laws in their duties. This is a regional role, responsible for all entities/countries in related to P2P processes within the North Asia region, hosted by North Asia GBS.

Key Accountabilities

  • Vendor Master Data - Create/ Modify/ Extend/ Block/ Unblock
  • Price Maintenance (Info records, Outline Agreements & Source Lists)
  • Analyzing and processing invoice discrepancies
  • Procurement related system support
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders

Experience

- Fine in English.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Positive and responsible working attitude.

- Experience with ERPs – SAP experiences and skills in Excel are nice to have.
