Job Description

  • Responsible for the local delivery of sourcing strategy.
  • Delivery of PR/NPR savings in coordination with Sourcing team for commercial saving
  • Complete management of Tail spend for assigned BU handling.
  • Management of Service, Price entries, Master data governance
  • Contributes to regional or global sourcing strategies with local requirements.
  • Is key interface with local stakeholders at site; Supply Chain, RD&I, Local Business
  • Acts as the first escalation interface to handle local supplier issues.
  • Drives the local change management which regards to QDCIS projects, supports, and drives Value Engineering savings projects locally. Drives Material cost reduction initiatives locally.
  • Manages country specific suppliers.
  • Contributes to and leads local continuous improvement.
  • Projects localization/transfer or localization in country.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Additional degree in Materials & Purchasing Management, International Trade is preferred)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, adept at data-driven decision-making
  • Strong planning and project management abilities, with a proven ability to deliver results
  • Good command of English, enabling effective communication with global teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient negotiation skills, able to secure favorable terms and agreements with suppliers
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a dual reporting matrix, collaborating across multiple teams and departments
  • Skilled at obtaining buy-in and commitment from both internal colleagues and external partners
