Job Purpose

​​​​​​The Supply CI Specialist will serve as a Planning Process Coach, ensuring smooth SAP planning master data management and acting as a tooling & system expert.  Additionally, the role involves coordinating regional requirements and driving improvements in planning processes while collaborating with stakeholders.  They will be supporting the Supply Manager in operational activities to enhance planning performance across business units and a key responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

 

  1. Provide guidance, support, and organize training material for the planning teams.
  2. Enable knowledge and best practice sharing. Setup / increase quality of governance structure and performance management (MDI).
  3. Ensure improvement findings and actions completed are shared within the planning community.
  4. Help improve the process to review and achieve the main KPIs (OTIF, Inventory, SAP Data Accuracy, etc..)
  5. Identify, propose, and support improvement to the processes, tools, and reports used by the team.
  6. Needs to work in an agile manner and be able to cope with changes on priorities/projects based on business needs and findings.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Supply Chain, CI, or Project Management Role.
  • SAP ERP Analytics experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, structure, and analyze issues via Microsoft Excel/ PowerBI, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding and sensitivity to different cultural behaviors. Mobility as some international or domestic travel may be required.
  • Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo and strong communication and interpersonal skills; flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with commitment to collaboration with the planning teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation Data

The salary range for these skills is: $94,000.00 - $105,000.00.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
