Job Purpose
• Deliver results of own region –GSV and all kinds of financial indicators.
• Projects exploration and development
• Participate in the process of dealer development
• Kick off and execute all the projects including external and internal walls
• Coordinate and follow up internal CA process
Key Accountabilities
• Achieve the budgeted sales volumes, revenue and contribution margin within specific area by managing all activities related to the sales cycle
• Develop projects according to plan and accumulate projects storage utilizing dealers’ network
• Help dealers on developing their teams by—
• Right promotion of corporate’s brand and value
• Introduction of products, process and services
• Internal and external environmental analysis, including but not limited to buz allocation and financial situation etc
• Overall capability improvement, including but not limited to buz capability and org efficiency
• Projects handling
• Co-visiting first party and main contractor
• Bidding and tendering following up
• Supervision of construction with TS team
• Complaint s settling and projects feedback
• Handle all the related commercial activities regarding own projects, including but not limited to pricing, overdue controlling and AR collection
Experience
• University degree or above;
• At least 3 years working experiences on Project channel management
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Good analytical skills and execution
• Good business acumen with innovative enthusiasm
• Fluent in Mandarin, workable English in written, and spoken is a preference
• High motivation and results-orientated
• Willingness to travel
