About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team at our office/manufacturing site in Sunshine North, Victoria on a Permanent Full-Time basis!


The role will have you reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager and the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the execution and management of new and existing products releases and market campaigns for the Australia and New Zealand region. 


This is a B2B market role supporting and coordinating marketing and product activities which will enable the execution of regional segment initiatives and plans while collaborating with internal business units onsite. 


Your job function will be, but not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning - Working with the Regional Marketing Manager to translate segment strategies, market research and customer requirements to create a detailed regional strategic segment with related key tactical actions. 
  • Advertising Campaign - 
    • Setting up and optimising campaigns across digital marketing channels inline with the digital marketing strategy
    • Ensuring campaigns are regularly reviewed in-fight and changes are effectively made and communicated. This includes facilitating the creation and execution of marketing promotion plans for new product launches (non-PR related aspects) including sales tools that comply with brand guidelines
  • B2B Collaboration - Working with the sales teams to track projects and customers through CRM, whilst supporting, leading and coordinating with R&D on short-term product improvement (LWR) processes
  • Communication - Working closely with the BU Communications team on story creation, contributing to the annual media plan for specific industry publications and developing/executing communication plans for the region
  • Budget Management - Managing the marketing budget to ensure optimisation

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 4 years’ marketing experience in a commercial environment 
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field of study
  • Excellent writing and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills with good financial acumen
  • Experience in more than one area of marketing/sales would be an advantage
