We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Sunshine, Melbourne. This is your chance to be part of a global leader in paints and coatings, where you can make a significant impact on our customer service processes.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Prioritising timely order processing and building strong customer relationships. You will ensure that every order is handled with precision and care, fostering trust and satisfaction among our customers.
  • Registering and processing orders seamlessly via electronic mail, phone, or other customer contacts. Your proficiency with our ERP system will be crucial in maintaining accurate and efficient order records.
  • Acting as the first point of contact to resolve customer complaints, by providing solutions that enhance customer loyalty and confidence.
  • Gaining insights into customer needs and offering solutions.
  • Coordinating with logistics and field force to ensure a unified approach to customer service.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Strong computer and clerical skills. Proficiency in using ERP systems and other software would be highly advantageous.
  • Customer-focused mindset, team orientation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be crucial.
  • Initiative and adaptability to respond to changing priorities.
