Assurer le disponibilité et le on fonctionnement des équipements.
Responsabilités
Supervise et encadre l'équipe maintenance
Etablit le plan de travail journalier des techniciens de maintenance
Affecte les opérateurs mis à sa disposition aux postes qui nécessitent une intervention
Veille à la bonne exécution des travaux de maintenance et des interventions des prestataires de service
Veille à l'application du planning de maintenance curative et préventive
Participe à l'enquête d'investigation et l'analyse des causes des incidents
Veille à la bonne utilisation du GMAO
Veille à la tenue et à l'analyse des indicateurs de performance du service
Mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour améliorer les performance de la maintenance des équipements
Définit les besoins en investissements pour son service
Qualifications
Ingénieur électromécanique
Connaissance en GMAO
Homme de terrain avec minimum expérience de 3 ans entant que responsable maintenance.
