Mission

- Assurer en collaboration avec la force de vente, le suivi client en termes d’établissement de devis, de prise de commande, d’information générale sur le déroulement du processus de vente tout en veillant au strict respect des procédures en vigueur.
- Assurer un bon accueil des clients passagers, se présentant directement au comptoir, déterminer leur besoin et les concrétiser en commandes.

Responsabilité

- - Edite et suit les offres de prix.
  - Edite et suit les commandes clients.
  - Classe et transmet les documents commerciaux.
  - Réception des réclamations clients.

Qualification

Le candidat doit avoir une bonne maîtrise de Pack office, être bien organisé dans son travail et rigoureux.

Niveau d'étude: Licence ou Maîtrise en gestion

Expérience: 2 ans dans un milieu industriel
