Job purpose

Logistics Coordinator manage daily logistics plans by providing efficient transportation, organizing and managing storage and shipment solutions specifically with regard to customer satisfaction, facilitates communication between customer service, order management for stock replenishment and transportation providers

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities

1. Plan daily delivery to customers

• Coordinate with sales support related to sales order to ensure delivery to customer accurately.
• Make plan for daily delivery for customer and coordinate with transporter to ensure availability of the truck.
• Create picking list and delivery note to the warehouse team according to delivery schedule.

2. Perform coordination and communication with Customers.

• Ensure communication between dealers for updating stock, backlog, return and plan delivery.
• Handle and follow up logistic complaint from customers and record all complaint accurately.

3. Control stock

• Monitoring stock for incoming and outgoing stock
• Update and monitoring backlog every day
• Perform weekly cycle count on time and accurately to ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitoring slow and obsolete product

    4. Perform and disposal for all approved expired and obsolete products or materials and control slow and obsolete stock.

1. Supervise warehouse activities

• Supervise the material handler for all activities such as incoming, picking, cycle counting and outgoing process.
• Manage all material handler tasks in the warehouse including overtime.

2. Perform replenishment inventory and expense process.

• Release weekly Transfer Order via ERP system to factory on time and accurately.
• Monitor and follow up the back log with Distribution Center Order Management Team.
• Release and create SRM in the system for warehouse operation needs.
• Perform administration tasks for expenses via concurs.

3. Others

• Others task that assigned by superior.

4. Health, safety and environment

• Understanding and obey the essential principals of the safe working practices and procedures.
• Maintaining very high standards of housekeeping.

Experience

Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum D3 degree or above
• Fresh graduate
