Responsibilities
• Develops and executes sales strategy and growth plan for Key accounts
• Builds up and maintains good RS (relationship) with Key accounts
• Monitors regional revenue and profitability performance for the segment vis a vis agreed mandate, provides pricing input to the pricing excellence contact when needed
• Gets in depth understanding of industry needs within the region as well as for key customers through routine business development, including voice of customer discussions and interactions with regional sales team. Collects competitive intelligence, identify and analyze regional Key account needs & trends
• Ensures the product and service aligned with Key accounts’ needs and explores SOW with profitable growth
• Builds strong regional project pipeline with close connection with Segment manager
Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Business / Engineering
• At least 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, product management or business development functions
• Chemical background is an advantage, paints and coating industry will be a plus
• Ideally experience in more than one industry/segment
• Analytical mind with good financial acumen
• Demonstrates strong performance orientation
• Showcase organizational acumen
• Solid interpersonal and influencing ability
• Willingness to search for regional and customer insights that can enable formulation of optimal value propositions
• Expand pipeline and coordinate sales team for achieving opportunities in Zhejiang
• Search and build up solid account pool for future sales growth in GuangDong around areas
• Prepares accurate forecast for healthy inventory management
• Identifies new business opportunities and pinpoints the existing /potential weak areas
• Be familiar with all applicable corporate and site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE standards and always in compliance with all applicable regulations
