What will you do?
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate engineering projects, playing a key part in driving development and improvements at site level. You will lead initiatives within OT/IT infrastructure and digitalization, contributing to a more efficient, connected, and future-ready production environment.
Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to influence how projects are shaped and delivered – from early planning to final implementation.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Lead and drive engineering projects from initiation through to completion
• Plan and structure projects, including scope, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure strong collaboration
• Monitor progress, budgets, and overall project performance
• Identify risks and ensure effective mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communication
• Coordinate suppliers and procurement activities
• Ensure high-quality delivery and smooth handover to relevant functions
This is a temporary full-time position for one year, with a preferred start date as soon as possible. You will report directly to the Project Manager Lead.

We believe you have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or similar)
• Solid experience in engineering project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
• Experience or interest in OT/IT technologies within industrial environments
• Strong technical understanding and experience in contractor management
• Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
