What you will do?
AkzoNobel are using what we call ALPS (AkzoNobel Leading Performance Systems), ensuring company-wide standardized processes, a culture of continuous improvement, process-centric behaviours, company values and required capabilities. ALPS focusses on Manufacturing - mainly production, maintenance, technology and QC – but also reaches Supply Chain, Procurement, HSE and Engineering.
 
As our CI Specialist you support the business by driving CI and operational excellence initiatives focusing on both technical and non-technical aspects. With ALPS implemented, our focus is to ensure it gets fully used and successfully absorbed into our daily work where you will be taking the important role in visualizing the profits of working with CI. You will help to engage by proving the value it brings for the organization by support, coach and train key stakeholders and employees.

 

The Malmö site has the aim to be in the lead within AkzoNobel, adopting the latest software and technology. You will be a part of executing, developing, and supporting our digital journey to be a forerunner in implementing digital solutions.

 

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. You will be placed at the site just outside Malmö and report to CI Manager.


Who you are?
To be successful in this position we believe that you have an analytical and structured mindset in the way of working. You are a good team player with networking skills and a strong ability to communicate on all levels in the organization. You are able to drive change and improvements by creating engagement and we believe you enjoy working in high pace within a changing environment.
 
Key competencies that we see you have:
• Degree within a technical, business or economic field
• 5+ years relevant working experience in similar roles on an operational level, e.g production, maintenance, logistics, process engineering, or/and continuous improvement
• Experience in change processes and continuous improvement tools; Lean and/or Six Sigma implementations/certifications or similar is a strong advantage
• Proved capability within project management
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
